As Account Director, you will be responsible for the management of relationships with Reson8 clients and act as the senior point of contact. You will also be required to co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.

You will also take the lead together with the Account Management team in planning campaigns and successfully developing business accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking a lead in key Reson8 Asia client accounts
  • Leading the Account Management team to provide the utmost level of client service, and providing sound advice and mentorship to the Account Management Team
  • Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically

Skills required

  • Ability to leverage AI tools for effective and efficient work
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management, with at least 6+ years of experience in an Advertising, Media or Creative Agency
  • Good at multi-tasking, resourceful and able to take objective criticisms
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • Detail-oriented with strong presentation and project management skills
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Keen about technology, social media, and digital content

Remuneration range:

  • $6,000-$8,000 for full-time position
  • Based at our Reson8 Singapore office
